In my experience the use of affirmations in the positive/present (i.e. “I am happy, I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am wise”) has a profound affect on my state of being. Since many of us have a lifetime of negative experiences, the power of belief is most important when doing affirmations. It took me many months and thousands of repetitions before I actually started to feel the internal shift. Once I felt the change internally I started to see changes in my physical existence. It has been a great ride ever since.

Next time you feel like you’re about to get angry or upset try using the peace sign and a smile to diffuse the negative energies. You will appreciate how often you get a smile in return.
